NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Lithium Golden Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Lithium Auto Care, 955 West 14730 South, Unit 603, Bluffdale, UT 84065 (“Sponsor”). Questions concerning the Promotion may be directed to Info@lithiumautocare.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Promotion, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in their households, are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of each.

Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Promotion is void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on October 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for online purchase entries.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 30, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than November 6, 2026, as described below.

4. How to Enter with an Eligible Purchase

During the Promotion Period, complete a purchase directly through LithiumAutoCare.com that includes one or more paid Qualifying Bottles. The purchaser will automatically receive one entry for each Qualifying Bottle in the accepted order after payment has been successfully processed.

A “Qualifying Bottle” is one paid container of a Lithium-branded liquid automotive detailing product. Each paid Qualifying Bottle specifically identified as included in a paid bundle counts as one entry.

Gift cards, towels, brushes, applicators, tools, cleaning cubes, accessories, free products, samples, promotional gifts, shipping charges, and taxes do not count as Qualifying Bottles. Purchases from Amazon, third-party marketplaces, retail stores, distributors, or any website other than LithiumAutoCare.com do not qualify.

Canceled items, failed payments, fraudulent transactions, and refunded or returned Qualifying Bottles are not eligible. Sponsor may remove entries associated with such transactions before prize verification. Entries are credited to the purchaser identified by the order’s contact information, regardless of the shipping recipient. There is no limit on the number of eligible purchase entries.

5. How to Enter Without a Purchase

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the entrant’s full legal name, complete residential mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “Lithium Golden Ticket Giveaway” on a plain 3-by-5-inch card. Place the completed card in a standard No. 10 envelope and mail it to Sponsor’s Marketing Office at:

Each valid mail-in request earns one entry. Each card must be mailed separately in its own outer envelope, with the entrant’s return address and sufficient postage, and sent to the Lithium Auto Care Marketing Office at the address above. Each envelope must be postmarked by October 30, 2026 and received by November 6, 2026. There is no limit on valid mail-in entries.

Mail-in entries must be handwritten by the entrant. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, bulk-mailed, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, postage-due, or misdirected requests are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, stolen, delayed, postage-due, or misdirected mail.

6. Entry Conditions

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning regardless of the method of entry. Entrants may use only one identity and must provide accurate information. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated process, multiple identities, or other means that undermine the integrity of the Promotion are void.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the qualifying order, subject to verification by Sponsor.

7. Prize

One Grand Prize will be awarded: a Lithium Auto Care product shopping spree with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,000.

The verified winner will work with Sponsor to select in-stock Lithium Auto Care products. Products will be valued at their then-current regular retail prices, excluding discounts, shipping, and taxes. Sponsor will fulfill a product selection having an aggregate ARV of at least $1,000. Sponsor may add or substitute an available product of its choice if needed to reach the advertised value and may impose reasonable per-item quantity limits. The final product assortment is subject to availability and Sponsor’s approval.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No cash, credit, or refund will be issued for any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value received. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if an advertised product becomes unavailable. Standard shipping to one eligible U.S. address is included.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not expressly included. Sponsor may require tax documentation to the extent required by law. The winner should consult a tax adviser regarding the prize.

Excluded Products: Gallon-size and other bulk-size products are not eligible for selection as part of the Grand Prize. The winner may select from Sponsor’s then-current, in-stock, non-gallon Lithium Auto Care products at regular retail prices. Final product selection is subject to availability and Sponsor approval. Sponsor may make reasonable substitutions and impose per-item quantity limits, provided the total prize ARV is at least $1,000.

8. Random Drawing and Odds

On or about November 9, 2026, Sponsor or its independent designee will conduct a random drawing from all eligible purchase and mail-in entries received. One potential winner will be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion and selection of the potential winner are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by email and/or telephone using the contact information associated with the selected entry. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the first notification attempt and must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, and any other reasonably necessary verification documents within the time specified by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documents, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner is not the official winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.

10. Prize Delivery

Sponsor expects to ship the prize within 30 days after the winner is verified and the final product selection is approved. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays outside its reasonable control. The winner must provide a valid physical shipping address within an eligible jurisdiction. Risk of loss passes to the winner upon delivery.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state, voice, statements, photograph, likeness, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional notice, permission, or compensation.

12. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any person Sponsor reasonably believes has attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Promotion; submitted false information; violated these Official Rules; acted in a disruptive, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner; or attempted to obtain entries through unauthorized or unfair means.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, human error, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law. If feasible, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action or by another fair method disclosed by Sponsor.

Sponsor will not materially change the entry requirements, odds, or prize after the Promotion begins except as necessary to comply with law or respond to circumstances that compromise the Promotion’s integrity.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor; its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and service providers; and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, or communications; technical failures; human error; unauthorized intervention; lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; or other errors or problems that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion or prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. These Official Rules and any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion, and entrants waive claims for attorneys’ fees and for punitive, incidental, consequential, or other special damages.

16. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, fulfill the prize, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entry in the Promotion does not itself enroll an entrant in marketing communications. Any separate marketing consent will be governed by the terms presented at the time of consent.

17. Social Platforms and Third Parties

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Amazon, Shopify, or any other social platform, marketplace, or third party. Entrants release each such platform and third party from claims arising out of the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

18. Winner List

For the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, send an email with the subject line “Lithium Golden Ticket Winner List” to Info@lithiumautocare.com no later than December 31, 2026. The winner list will be available after the winner has been verified.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
