Regular soaps dry out surfaces and are not that great for your paint. Lithium Double Tap is a unique mixture of cleaning agents, mixed with Essential Oils and Eucalyptus. The oils lubricate and hydrate the surface while the Eucalyptus helps to "Turbo- Clean" your paint even at a neutral PH level. As with all Lithium products- our primary goal is to make the surfaces of your car "Healthy" the addition of these ingredients reduces water spots, micro-scratches and never leaves a dry film on the surface. Most importantly, the continual use of this product is good for your paint.

Expectations:
It is worthy to note: that the addition of Essential Oils are awesome for the health of your paint. However, they also make the suds heavier than traditional soaps. Therefore, it will not come out of a Foam Cannon like 'Shaving Cream' but instead, will sheet on the surface and create a protective layer of lubrication that will reduce scratching.

What products are compatible with Double Tap:
We usually like to mix Double Tap with some Corona and Lynyrd Skynyrd. However, since that was a rather subjective survey, Ignite after wash is also a great choice.

Q: Can this soap really hydrate paint ?
A: When the idea for this soap was originally conceived and mixed a lot of people in our office called B.S. To that comment our Chemist so eloquently asked the question- “Would you use dish soap to wash your car ? “ Everyone stopped due to the absolute absurdity of the question and said - “Of course not, it would dry out your paint” Then the statement was made “If you can dry paint out; then it would be logical to assume that you can also re-hydrate it as well ?” Everyone shut up and went and tried the mixture and nobody has said a word since:)
Q: Can I use Double Tap in a bucket ?
A: Yes, Double Tap works incredibly well in a good old bucket. But be prepared for some really soft hands.

I can’t say enough good things about Lithium. I’ve been using Lithium Car Care products for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As a novice detailer who enjoys taking care of my own vehicles and helping others with theirs, Lithium has become my go-to brand.
My process starts with Double Tap Infused Car Wash, which does an incredible job getting the vehicle clean and ready for the next step. I then use Ignite After Wash to enhance the finish and help extend the protection of Ceramic Slam, which is one of my favorite Lithium products. I try to apply Ceramic Slam to the vehicles I work on at least twice a year, and the combination gives me the shine and protection I’m looking for.
For exterior trim, Trim Serum is my go-to. It keeps the black plastics and trim looking rich, clean, and refreshed.
On the inside, I start with Hyper Cleanse All-Purpose Surface Cleaner to clean and prep the interior surfaces, followed by Interior Space to help protect my dash, door panels, and other interior surfaces.
And then there’s Hide Rehab. I tried it on my leather seats and immediately fell in love with it. It does an incredible job rejuvenating and conditioning the leather and bringing it back to life.
What I love most about Lithium is that these are products I actually use and trust. They’ve helped me keep my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 looking brand new, along with the other vehicles I work on.

I detail cars and my go to vehicle wash is Double tap, it is an excellent car washing product. It has great cleaning abilities that leave a lasting shine effect for weeks.

I'm very impressed with Lithium Auto Products so far and would highly recommend them over other brands. The DOUBLE TAP INFUSED CAR WASH is a must, though I have yet to try the IGNITE AFTER WASH that I purchased with this product due to it getting damaged in shipping. As soon as I contacted Lithium Auto they very quickly responded and will be sending a replacement. I'm looking forward to trying other products that Lithium has available as they definitely outshine the rest in my opinion.

We chose to go with e benefits of the eucalyptus which is actually pretty heavy (molecularly speaking) so it want to weigh down the suds. Purchased a gallon, decent soap. Gallon wasn’t sealed and was only 3/4 full. For what is charged, one would expect a full sealed 128 oz…..poor quality control.

This is the most perfect soap to use on a maintain eye wash out there hands down. The smell is out of this world. Like the rest of the lithium car care product, absolutely amazing stuff!!
Smells awesome cleans amazing
First of all, the soap smells amazing to me. Heck, I like eucalyptus a lot though. Secondly, the soap lathers great and the lubricity is solid. I tried the soap twice via bucket wash in the sun and early evening and doesn't dry fast which is good so there is no water spots or residue. Did prewash once with foam cannon and work equally as well. Give it a try as you won't be disappointed.
